Construction work to house sanitary napkin manufacturing unit has resumed after a break of couple of days. It was stopped due  to intense heat touching 45 degrees C and perhaps more. It was difficult even to find mason and laboourers. There has been monsoon rains twice during the past week but the situation has not yet improved. Hopefully, temperature will be lowered with more rains in the coming days. As of now, the new strategy is to engage the workers from 6 to 10 in the morning and again from around 2 to 6 in the afternoon, thereby avoiding the peak summer heat of the daytime.
